Running barefoot better for you?

Yes, it's that the debate secular running feet naked versus running with trainers on. The latest research highlighted the difference in running between the two styles and argued for and against the two options.

The answer to the question, "what is the best way to support and protect the feet of the riders?" is that which has fascinated scientists and sports of the designers of footwear for years. The latest study, which was covered in the journal Nature, has adopted a progressive approach to the issue.

That research has shown is that runners who have formed bare land differently to those who bear trainers. When people run barefoot, they tend to land on the ground with their forefoot or mid-foot making the first contact, while the runners with sport shoes tend to the ground with their heel.

Scientists who conducted the study believe that naked runners may be less at risk of developing certain types of injuries that runners trainers.

Landing on the heel inflicts very stressful on the body - this is why many runners who like trainers tend to choose the high quality of those which protect them from this impact, such as the Asics shoes.

Dr. Daniel Lieberman of Harvard University and principal investigator of the study, said: "This creates impact;" It's like someone hit your heel with a hammer with up to three times your body weight. However, barefoot running is not without its disadvantages.
